Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel is owned and operated by Kosmopolito Hotels International Limited (KHI). KHI is a fast-growing international developer, owner and operator of value and budget hotels, mid-scale, upscale and boutique hotels and accommodation.

KHI commenced hotel operations in 1998 with the opening of Dorsett Regency Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The group currently operates 10 hotels in Hong Kong, 5 hotels in Malaysia and 2 hotels in China with a combined total of around 4,000 rooms. Currently under development are another 7 hotels in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

The rebranding to Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel officially took place in 2009. The lobby and lounge of the Hotel has since been upgraded, and a new Executive Club Floor was launched in 2010.

Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel has over 400 tastefully furnished rooms and suites, spacious conference facilities for up to 2,000 persons and hi-tech facilities including hi-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi, making the hotel an ideal choice for both business travellers and leisure guests.
